At Customaite, we deeply value the feedback and collaboration with our customers. Our recent customer event in Leuven was a fantastic opportunity to connect, share insights, and discuss the latest advancements in our software. From engaging keynotes to interactive workshops, the day was packed with valuable experiences. Here’s a summary of the highlights and key takeaways from this memorable event.

Customer feedback is crucial for any software product. At Customaite, we consider ourselves lucky for the close collaboration we have with our customers and users.

Our customer success managers maintain close contact with their customers’ ambassadors and end users. Twice a year, however, we organise customer events: a physical event in the summer and an online event in the winter.

In mid-June, we had our latest edition in our offices in Leuven (Belgium), and it was, once again, a valuable experience. We started the day with lunch and an opening keynote from Irra Ariella Khi, CEO and founder of Zamna, with the topic: “Trust in a digital world: how to embrace AI, Data and ML for organisational growth”.

Well inspired, we took a deep dive into the latest developments of Customaite with demos of recently released features and a sneak preview of what will be released in the coming weeks.

After the break, we continued by sharing our roadmap and getting feedback in a session during which the participants voted on their favourite topics.

It is always interesting to experience the interaction between different people with different customer segments, backgrounds, and experience levels with Customaite. An open plenary discussion adds a tremendous amount of value to dot vote, and we always learn new things that will allow us to continue to deliver more value.

An afternoon of hard work came to an end with a closing keynote by Luc Van den hove, CEO of Imec, a Leuven-based company that is the world's leading independent nanoelectronics R&D hub. Mindblown by what is being done to design and create the chips that our software runs on, we were ready to begin the ‘fun’ part of our event.

We had a good couple of drinks, enjoyed food from multiple food trucks and had a great evening with music from our own deejay Matej, our company’s own band, one of Belgium's leading artists, and several hours later we closed the night with more deejay sets.

We are grateful to have such a strong and valuable relationship with our customers and look forward to the next edition!
