Declarants completed import, export, and transit declarations in an average of 5, 4, and 3 minutes respectively, showcasing the efficiency Customaite brings to customs processes.

5x the Volume: Scaling Success Together

In 2024, the number of declarations processed through Customaite grew by an impressive fivefold. This remarkable growth highlights the trust our customers place in our platform to handle their increasing operational demands efficiently and reliably. Whether it’s import, export, or transit declarations, more businesses are turning to Customaite to streamline their processes and stay ahead in a competitive market.

We’re proud to support this growth and remain committed to helping our users scale their operations seamlessly.

103 beeches or 172 birches

Together with our customers, we saved the equivalent of 103 beech trees by reducing the need for printed pages. If pine or birch trees were used instead, this would equal 147 or 172 trees respectively.

These savings showcase our commitment to sustainability and reducing paper waste.

Zero non conformities

We achieved ISO27001:2022 certification with zero non-conformities, a testament to the strength of our security and compliance practices. After 1.5 years of preparation and dedication, we proudly received our certificate on 17th July 2024.

The fastest import declaration was completed in just 13 seconds by one of our users.

76 imports in one day

From experience, we learned that customs declarants process 20 to 30 declarations a day.

One of our users set a new record by processing 76 declarations in a single day on the 12th of December, declaring 546 tariff lines.

234 pages Import case in 8 minutes

In 2024, a declarant processed a large import case involving 234 scanned pages, 1,341 invoice lines, and 36 tariff lines in just 8 minutes.

Breaking records: Splitting 1 case into 63 declarations

Customaite has a feature that enables declarants to make multiple declarations from one customer request. In 2024, the largest split was achieved when a single customer case was divided into 63 declarations on the 1st of August.

Zero breaches in P1 incidents

Business continuity is key for our customers, especially when they rely on Customaite’s benefits to organise their business operations. We are proud to say that we had zero breaches against P1 incidents.

50 releases

We strongly believe in continuous improvement and delivering new functionality quickly to our end users. In 2024, we rolled out 50 releases—nearly one every week.

One of the most notable releases was a new navigation flow that made it even easier for new users to quickly maximise the value of Customaite.

3 new mates

As Customaite’s customer and user base keep growing, we also grew our team with 3 new Maites in the last year.
